It is with the deepest sincerity that I desire to express my gratitude for Christian Science. It has met our every need, and through the realization of the allness of God, it is a constant protection.

For several weeks each spring from early childhood I experienced a severe attack of tonsillitis. From the time I began studying Christian Science, this condition ceased. The healing was instantaneous and so complete that it was several years before I realized that I had ever suffered from such a condition. During the first reading of the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, I was also healed of the desire for coffee and tea.

Several years ago, during a seven-hundred-mile automobile trip, I experienced an attack of pain throughout my body. The pain was so intense that I could not sit upright. There were times when my vision would blur and I could scarcely see the highway. I kept repeating "the scientific statement of being" (Science and Health, p. 168) and held to the fact that God was ever with me. Although I was driving alone and at night, the car never once left the pavement or got out of control, and with the help of God I reached my destination safe and on time. The condition was soon completely met with the loving help of a practitioner.
