TREASURY
Weary
, my heart, and spent in the service of others?
So, too, was your Lord;
Wearied by sin, by death in the hearts of the people,
He healed with a word.
Graceless they came and found in his virtue salvation,
And grace for the day;
Helpless, in him found strength, as he taught them reliance
To walk in his way;
And from his soul, at one with the Father in heaven,
He taught them to pray.
Patience, my heart; you spend from the coffers of heaven,
From treasures unknown,
Courage and peace and strength, as by Galilee given.
God's all is your own!
