Christian Science Commands Increasing Respect

No adverse reference to Christian Science appeared in the press of the county this year. On the contrary, the Newcastle papers gave considerable prominence to a notable demonstration that was made by a member of one of the Newcastle churches.

This is, we believe, the first time a Christian Science demonstration has been publicly reported and Christian Science given the credit. Reports appeared also in all the London papers, in Scottish papers, and in an Irish paper.
