I took up the study of Christian Science for a physical healing and received it. I was healed of sick headaches, which had bothered me for years. After reading the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, for a few days, I found a different God than I had ever known before, a God who heals, loves, and comforts, and I learned too that God's guidance and presence are ever with me.

Science and Health was borrowed for me by an acquaintance who had been healed after he had read this book only a few days. He saw that I was in need and at my request helped me. I could not lay the book down, for I knew that by the grace of God I had found the answer to all my problems.

I had been bothered with constipation for over fifty years. About a year or more ago a practitioner called my attention to what Mrs. Eddy says about radical reliance on Truth (Science and Health, p. 167). I had a sincere desire to be obedient, and I am most grateful to say that in a very short time I was healed of the difficulty. I have also been healed of chronic liver trouble, which I had had since early childhood. Many minor problems have dropped away through my further study of Christian Science.
