Christian Science has been a blessing to me in every way for many years, and I desire to express my sincere gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," which has been of inestimable benefit to me, both in business and in daily contacts with my fellow men.

Prior to my adoption of the teachings of Christian Science, I had been attached to various denominations in England, India, and the Far East, but the time came when orthodoxy failed to satisfy. On my first visit to a Christian Science church, I was pleased and encouraged by the quotation on the wall beside the platform: "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need" (Science and Health, p. 494). How true this has proved to be during my many years of reliance on God alone. How helpful to have learned and experienced the allness of God and the reality of good.

At the outset indigestion quickly faded away after I began the daily study of the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly, and attacks of influenza which had been a regular winter experience were healed. I was much impressed in those early days by the efficacy of absent treatment.
