Edgewater Park, New Jersey (First Church).

The new church building of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Edgewater Park, was dedicated on Sunday, October 16, 1949, during the regular service. The large stone edifice, the former Samuel Neidich residence, extensively remodeled, surrounded by spacious tree-shaded lawns, is situated at East Warren and Franklin Streets, Edgewater Park. First organized as a Christian Science Society, a branch of The Mother Church, in 1924, and later recognized as First Church of Christ, Scientist. Burlington, New Jersey, the membership occupied their first church building on Locust Street. December 30, 1934, and dedicated it on March 25 1935.—Beverly Banner.
