I wish to express my deep gratitude for the privilege of having forty years in the study of Christian Science. I shall never forget my introduction to this Science. My mother had been visiting in a West Coast city. She had been a semi-invalid all her life. Her trouble was severe stomach and liver complaint, and she was always on a strict diet. I never remembered her having a well day. When she came home after being healed in Christian Science and I saw her—a transformed person, smiling and happy—I could hardly believe my eyes, for she had always been despondent.

However, I was prejudiced and would not listen to a word about Christian Science. I was ill much of the time with chronic sick headaches, and one day my mother came into my room with her Bible and Science and Health and told me all about her healing. She read from these books selections which her practitioner had given her, and she explained certain passages to me. When she was through, my prejudice had gone, and through one treatment in Christian Science I was healed. The next Sunday I went to a Christian Science church with her, and I have been going ever since.

Two years ago I was healed of a complete nervous collapse. A practitioner was called, and help was given. In a short time I was healed. Words can never express my gratitude for Christian Science and for all that it is doing for the whole world.—(Mrs.) Florence Ross Hart, Los Angeles, California.
