Our gratitude is riches,
Complaint is poverty,

states one of our hymns in the Christian Science Hymnal (No. 249). I am very grateful for having had Christian Science since birth. I have never had to take medicine of any kind, consult doctors, or be confined to a hospital. We have experienced many healings in our family through reliance on God and with the help of Christian Science practitioners.
