Influenza cured. Lost articles found

I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for us and for the understanding that it will do as much and more for everyone who earnestly seeks its help, for our Leader says (Science and Health, p. 13), "Love is impartial and universal in its adaptation and bestowals."

In our family we have had many healings through the application of Christian Science. I had a healing of influenza and of what claimed to be an aftermath of that experience, impaired hearing in one ear. This was completely healed through the help of a practitioner in about a week. At another time I experienced Love's protection when one of my hands was badly bruised by a piece of machinery. It appeared that bones would have been crushed, but there was no breakage or sign of damage other than the bruises on my hand. The pain was overcome in a few minutes, and the soreness in a few days. We have found lost articles, have been guided in our business affairs, and have experienced much happiness in our daily life.

I am indeed grateful to God and to Mrs. Eddy for her unstinted giving to mankind of the truth which came into her experience. I am thankful for membership in The Mother Church, for membership and activity in a branch church, and for class instruction.—Robert C. Martin, Dallas, Texas.
