Many students entering colleges and universities of the state, where they were informed of their right, requested exemption from regularly required medical examination and immunization.

A public school teacher whose principal was demanding a complete physical examination and blood test requested exemption from all examinations or tests excepting the X ray for tuberculosis required by statute. She found her trustee, her actual employer, friendly and fair. His grandmother was one of the earliest Christian Scientists in that community, and he had at one time attended the Christian Science Sunday School.
