LETTERS TO THE PRESS
from Christian Science Committees on Publication
Transvaal, Africa Middelburg Observer
In an issue of recent date a letter appeared signed by two clergymen who, having read with interest a report of a lecture on Christian Science, evidently are not clear about the teachings of Christian Science. I am glad of the opportunity to state some facts for the benefit of your readers.
Christian Science is a demonstrable religion, based on the Scriptures and on the life and works of Christ Jesus. Its students are grateful for the which it throws on the Bible and for a clearer understanding of God and of man's relation to Him, and of Christ Jesus and his mission.
