Recently a board of education was requested to amend their mandatory vaccination requirement because of religious objections. Your newspaper wrote considerably on this matter, and I wish to thank you for your fair and able reporting.

There were some published comments, however, by two of your readers that need amplification and correction with regard to the position of Christian Scientists concerning vaccination.
