"Praise God from whom all blessings...

"Praise God from whom all blessings flow," expresses in some degree the gratitude which I feel for all the good that Christian Science has brought into my life.

Since my father's instantaneous healing of bronchial pneumonia, an account of which was published in The Christian Science Journal of March, 1914, which was the means of bringing our whole family into Christian Science, many proofs of healing have been witnessed and experienced. As a child I was taught how to affirm the truth and to prove the power of Christian Science over every discordant condition. In this way many statements of our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" In Mary Baker Eddy, became my own, as bruises, cuts, burns, and even more serious illnesses were often quickly overcome. Also I was healed of grief over the passing on of my father. Divine Love then protected me and guided me into a happy home of my own. Our children, too, have enjoyed the help of Christian Science and the loving instruction in our Sunday School, for which I feel deeply grateful. Many doubts and fears have been overcome, and problems of supply have been worked out.

At one time, through my own effort to realize the allness of God and thus eliminate any sense of fear, I had several double teeth extracted with no medical aid and without the slightest pain. Afterward, the dentist remarked, "I do not see how you can do it." For this proof I was especially grateful, as it increased my confidence in the power of divine Mind
