God Directs
The Rev. Beryl S. Kinser in a sermon reported in the Youngstown Vindicator, Ohio
"Prophets of gloom and pessimists will predict all manner of evil to come, but the Christian will believe and act on the basis that goodness is stronger than evil, that life is ever the victor over death, and that nothing can defeat a love which gives itself in sacrifice," said Rev. Beryl S. Kinser, pastor of Central Christian Church.
"With this faith a Christian faces the future in complete confidence that by means of God's grace he will be able to live triumphantly throughout the day and in all the tomorrows to come," said Mr. Kinser. ... "It is well to consider with what especial advantage the Christian faces the future. No one knows what a day or a year may bring forth, but a Christian knows 'that all things work together for good to them that love God.'
