I have been thinking for some...
I have been thinking for some time that I should record a healing I experienced in July, 1942. I was alone in the yard, with the exception of my alert English bulldog, when I became ill and fell in the driveway. The dog knew that her master was in trouble, and she went to the house and insisted by her whining that my wife come to me. She also aroused the neighbors.
My wife immediately telephoned to a Christian Science practitioner for help. Police and an ambulance were called, and both the policeman and the ambulance attendants pronounced me dead. They felt that my wife was foolish to insist that I be taken into the house. I was almost instantly restored to health. Conditions were healed that had troubled me for years. An internal growth was completely removed. I was much overweight and had been experiencing a constant craving for food. Within a few days I lost twelve pounds, and from that day to this, five years later, I have eaten normally. I feel younger and more active than in years.
The neighbors who witnessed the healing called it a miracle, and the effects of it are still alive in the neighborhood.
