LOVE IS ALWAYS

When God is Love—
And "when" is ever, always—
Can man be loveless, lonely?
For man reflects God's allness. Only
Dreams would separate us
From the light and warmth of Truth
And darkling thoughts portray us
Cold, unloving, harsh, uncouth.
But dreams and darkling thoughts
Must be but nothingness, since God is Mind,
And man is ever, always, Mind's reflection;
And Mind is ever, always, Love.
