I have had so many blessings in Christian Science since joining The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, and a branch church in the year 1907 that I wish to express my gratitude publicly to God for all the good this Science has brought into my life.

For many years I attended church services of various denominations, seeking peace and harmony. In the pursuit I was led to attend a Christian Science Wednesday evening testimony meeting. The testimonies which were given, telling of healings so like those performed by our Master and his disciples, made a deep impression on me, and I was convinced that I had found my religion. I became an earnest student of Christian Science and as a result had many healings. The foremost healing was that of rheumatism in such a severe form that I was not able to walk. With the help of a Christian Science practitioner I was completely healed. I have had many other healings, such as those of colds, a sprained ankle, inharmonious business conditions, and financial lack. Mrs. Eddy writes in Science and Health (p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need."

Teaching in the Christian Science Sunday School and serving in various activities in a branch church have brought me much inspiration and joy. For the privilege of serving and also for class instruction, I am most grateful. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for Mrs. Eddy's pure, loving, unselfish life, which enabled her to give this truth to the world.
