I should like to tell of a healing I had through Christian Science.

Once when I stood on a chair to hang some curtains, the chair tilted forward and I fell, striking the pit of my stomach on the back of the chair. After applying my understanding of Christian Science for a few hours I felt no more distress, but several months later I discovered a lump in my stomach. It did not pain me, except when my clothing was a little too tight. The lump increased steadily in size for seventeen years. About three years ago a practitioner was doing some work for me for another condition when one morning I found the lump had entirely disappeared overnight.

I am deeply grateful for this healing and also for many others. I am grateful to the practitioner who helped me and also to Mrs. Eddy. who gave us this truth and taught us how to use it.
