"God gave the increase"

Our Reading Room was removed from our church edifice to the ground floor in a centrally located block in the business area of our town square. The move, which came after prayerful deliberation, was a progressive step for our church membership.

About this time an advertisement for the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, was run in the local paper together with an advertisement for this Reading Room. Since that time, about a year and a half ago, there has been a marked increase in newcomers using the Reading Room and attending our Sunday church services and Wednesday testimony meetings. For this we are grateful, knowing that each one who comes seeking God finds increasing health and happiness.
