THE SON OF GOD
The
fiery furnace could not harm
Three men of Bible lore,
So sure were they that Love was All,
Those three appeared as four.
That fourth, the Son of God, was seen
To walk among them, calm, serene.
In represented conference
Of nations far and near,
I know the fact that in their midst
The Christ can now appear.
A hope my consciousness now fills,
With peace a confidence distills.
Dear God, my clearer vision sees,
Beyond the sense's "three,"
The ever-present light of Truth
Will guide harmoniously.
I challenge discord! hope I dare!
The fourth—the Son of God—is there.
