I am very grateful for the privilege of sharing my demonstrations of the truth resulting from my study of Christian Science. I became a student of this Science over thirteen years ago for the purpose of understanding more about God, man, and the world. My first demonstration was over the smoking habit; then ptomaine poisoning, and severe head pains resulting from an accident were healed.

The most outstanding healing I have had took place several years ago. I was just finishing a job when my ladder slipped and I fell across live wires carrying two hundred and twenty volts. I tried to get loose by relaxing my hands, but my hands were fast to the wires. I turned to God for help before losing consciousness. My fellow workers told me they thought I was dead.

A man on the job kicked the ladder from under me to release me from the wires, and I fell fifteen feet to the ground. When I regained consciousness, I found that four fingers had been severely burned by the live wires, and two ribs had been fractured by the fall. I was taken to a hospital, but the only medical care I received was the taping of my body where the fractures were. A practitioner was helping me from the beginning, and in four days I came home and in a few weeks I was back on the job.
