At one time I was confronted with a nervous breakdown. While at the sanitarium where I was placed by my family, I tried to call for Christian Science help, but I was not permitted to do so. Then it was that I came across the announcement of the church services in the local newspaper. The subject of the Lesson-Sermon and the Golden text were given, for which I was very grateful. I memorized the Golden Text (Rev. 4:11): "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." I repeated it many times in silent prayer, and also the Lord's Prayer with its spiritual interpretation as given in the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (pp. 16, 17). I grew steadily better and was very soon able to go home. Words cannot express my sincere gratitude for this healing that came through complete reliance on God. It is my earnest desire to rely upon God continually in everything.

I am sincerely grateful to Him for Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, and for the unselfed labor of love she performed for all mankind. We have had many healings in our home, including those of headaches, measles, colds, acute pain in the abdomen, and other inharmonious conditions. We are grateful for all these healings. I am thankful to be a member of The Mother Church, for activity in a branch church, and for blessings that have been coming to me constantly since I had class instruction.—(Mrs.) Iva Zweig, Amarillo, Texas.
