STRAIGHT FROM GOD
Each
noble, loving thought comes straight from God,
Imbued with all the majesty and might.
The wonder and the glory, of His love.
And as we swiftly, lovingly, obey
The God-sent message, just as swiftly comes
The consciousness, the calm, sweet certainty.
Of healing presence, freeing us from fear,
From sorrow, sin, disease; from every ill
That strives—yet strives in vain—to sway mankind.
Let us then grasp and hold these thoughts from God
Until, like Jacob wrestling at Peniel,
We too have found that they have blessed us there.
