While reading an article in a copy of the Sentinel I had an instantaneous healing. Because of this I should like to add this testimony of gratitude to God for His great love for me and for my brother man.

I have seen many diseases healed through the application of Christian Science in our family of four. Among them were colds, influenza, whooping cough, fever, toothache, mumps, measles, broken wrist, and lockjaw. In the healing of lockjaw one member of the family found the words in Isaiah (41:10) most helpful, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness;" also Mrs. Eddy's words in Science and Health (p. 412): "The power of Christian Science and divine Love is omnipotent. It is indeed adequate to unclasp the hold and to destroy disease, sin, and death." These references were given to us by the practitioner whose work brought quick release and a permanent healing to this dear one.

During the many years I have spent in the business world there have been countless opportunities for me to prove the ever-avail-ability and practicality of the great truth given us in Christian Science. My every need has been supplied and, when needed, good positions have been provided. All types of problems have been worked out, some of them through my own understanding and some of them through the help of practitioners and friends who are students of Christian Science.
