For many years, from childhood to maturity, I was a sufferer from stomach trouble and from colds and sore throat in the winter months. It was not until I began the study of Christian Science that these troubles disappeared. I do not know exactly when they went, but for at least twenty-five years I have eaten foods that used to make me ill, and I have been free from colds.

I have had the great blessing of being a member of The Mother Church and a branch church and of serving on committees and in the Reading Room. During the years I have been a student of Christian Science I have seen and experienced many healings. In our family. warts have disappeared, headaches have been healed, teeth extracted with hardly any pain and without drugs, influenza and sprained ankles cured quickly, burns healed instantaneously, and fevers and injuries from accidents beautifully and quickly overcome. These proofs of the truth of Christian Science were accomplished partly by my reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, partly by my using the truths I found there, and partly by the help of practitioners. I hereby express my gratitude to these loving helpers.
