Christian Science first came into our home when I was a child. The textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, was purchased at the request of the practitioner who was then treating a member of our family. Later this practitioner left the city, but the textbook remained in our home to heal and bless us. My gratitude goes out to the teachers in our Sunday School who helped me to get a demonstrable understanding of this great truth.

I have been healed of toothache, measles, tonsillitis, diphtheria, pneumonia, bone injuries, and many other discordant conditions. Some false traits of character also have been overcome. My brother when very young was healed of typhoid fever by having Science and Health read to him.
