I am giving this testimony in the hope that it may help someone who is discouraged.

I came into Christian Science when I was thirteen years old, through my mother's healing of valvular heart disease, when the doctors said she was dying. At that time a neighbor brought Christian Science into our home. My mother was instantly healed, and not the slightest trace of that disease ever returned.

I attended the Christian Science Sunday School until I was twenty. After my marriage a short time later, however, I began drifting about, thinking I could get along without God. I soon saw that I could not.
