Extending Our Service
Many Churches of Christ. Scientist have recently accepted the opportunity of serving their communities and church memberships in a larger way by moving, enlarging or remodeling their Reading Rooms. Much inspiration and increased interest in the work of the Reading Rooms have resulted, and their experiences are gladly shared.
We moved from an upper floor of a business building to the ground floor. An architect was selected who graciously offered his services free of charge, and the floor plan was drawn. A contractor with high ideals was engaged, who worked harmoniously with us.
