Is
there a student of Christian Science who has long and earnestly prayed to God for healing, and still believes that he is not free from disease and pain?
It
did not matter that for four long daysHad Lazarus lain within the darkened tomb; The Master came, and spoke, and in amazeThey saw him triumph over death and gloom.
When
Jesus spoke the word and healed "all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people," the multitudes "marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men".
What
a mistake it is to suppose that one's so-called best years can be lost or swallowed up by the passing of time, and that consequently existence can become purposeless or be blighted by impairment and decay! the beginner in Christian Science is reluctant to make the declaration that he is healthy or harmonious, when the material evidence declares that he is sick or discordant.

I wish to express my thanks to God for directing me to Christian Science, which has freed me from a belief in the necessity of a lifetime of limitation, and was the means of a wonderful healing through divine Mind alone.
I feel the time has come to testify, with profound gratitude, to what Christian Science has done for me since it came to my aid when I was in dire need nearly fifteen years ago.
I consider it a great privilege, as well as a sacred duty, to acknowledge through the periodicals the benefits I have received from the study and practice of the truth as revealed in Christian Science.
