For many years, I have been the recipient of God's great bounty and loving-kindness, and I wish to express, through the periodicals, my deep gratitude for these blessings. All through the years I have lacked no good thing. Indeed, how could I, since my Father-Mother, Love, is ever present and gives good alone to His children?

I took up the study of Christian Science to help me in the rearing of four young children. As their mother I felt a deep responsibility for their welfare. What a weight has been lifted from my shoulders as, year by year, I have learned to trust them to God's care, and to realize that the "everlasting arms of Love" are around them!

My gratitude for Mary Baker Eddy and her work increases daily. With my first reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, I was healed of the need for glasses, which I had worn from childhood for double astigmatism. This healing came about before I knew that Christian Science healed physical diseases.
