Courage!

EDNA RUTH SCHAEFFER KLIGER

Fear-chained mankind has ability
Through the Christ, Truth,
To rise up from bondage.

Listen to the deep inward stirrings and
Yearnings for progress;
Do not ignore them.
Not only for your own sake heed them,
But because you love all men
Prove that man is free!

Let not your desire to live
Smolder untended.
Courage!
Our Master proved all.
Using alertness, awareness,
We can find the necessary occasions
And unwavering spiritual strength
To do what God inspires us to accomplish.

Do not tolerate stagnation,
Let no anti-Christ deceive.
Rouse yourself, and do!
