The following words from the Christian Science Hymnal have meant much to me (No. 13):

In Thine own image we may see
Man pure and upright, whole and free.

When problems have arisen and I have been able to discern that the idols have to be cast down and false beliefs deprived of their seeming reality, healing has resulted and I have gained increased freedom and peace. One healing which occurred about five years ago and for which I am very grateful, is that of colitis. At the same time that this condition was corrected I was instantaneously healed of wearing glasses, which I had worn for twenty-two years.

Words cannot adequately express the gratitude I feel to God for Christian Science, for Mrs. Eddy, its Discoverer and Founder, and for Christ Jesus, the Way-shower.

I have had the privilege of class instruction and it is indeed a blessing. I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church and for the privilege of teaching in the Sunday school of the branch church of which I am a member.— (Miss) Mary Mathilda Fulton, White Plains, New York.
