Go Forward
God
requires us to go forward
in the work that each must do,
For the tired world needs lifting,
Needs to know the good and true.
Human problems that confront us
Are dispelled by Truth's clear light.
God's great love is all-encircling;
Do not fear the darkest night.
Lift your thought above the human,
With its restless toil and strife;
God's creation has not drifted
From the holiness of Life.
Steadfast faith, and strong reliance
In the one almighty power,
Will result in the assurance
Of protection hour by hour.
Then go forward, never doubting,
For God's goodness is supreme,
And the radiance of Spirit
Will destroy this earthly dream.
