For many months I have felt that I should share with others the joy Christian Science has brought to me since I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Women's Reserve.

During the first few weeks, when blisters, heat, exhaustion, overcrowded living conditions, vaccinations, and difficult subject matter tried to play a prominent part, I clung constantly to the perfection of God's creation. With the aid of a Christian Science practitioner each suggestion was successfully rebuked and healed.

Most people in service are concerned with place. I am grateful for a very beautiful demonstration that "God's universe is always in perfect adjustment, and all His ideas work together forever in perfect harmony."
