To ensure that complete lecture notices be printed in the Sentinel, detailed information should reach the Journal, Sentinel, and Herald Editorial Department regarding lectures in the United States and Canada at least seven weeks before the date of the lecture; elsewhere, eight or ten weeks before.
The Sentinel of May 29, 1943, carried an invitation to members of The Mother Church, and particularly librarians, to contribute, from time to time, helpful, healing experiences in our Reading Rooms.
For many months I have felt that I should share with others the joy Christian Science has brought to me since I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Women's Reserve.
On many occasions I have found that gratitude for the healings given in the testimonies published in the Christian Science periodicals has helped me to overcome similar errors for myself.
It is a joy to confirm my daughter's testimony and to share some of the blessings that have been ours since her first healing in Christian Science.
I wish to add my testimony of gratitude to God in the hope of helping someone who may be seeking help as I was when I first became interested in Christian Science quite a number of years ago.
It has long been my wish to express loving gratitude for the steadfastness of Mrs.
The Cause of Christian Science means a great deal to me, since without it I should not be here today.
The many helpful testimonies given in the periodicals impel me to express my gratitude for the encouragement and support I have received through the loving assistance of Christian Science practitioners and from my daily study of the Lesson-Sermon.
With a heart full of gratitude to God and to our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, I offer this testimony of healing.
