For many years I have read and enjoyed the testimonies of healing in the periodicals, and now I, too, should like to express my great gratitude for Christian Science. Through its study I have had many healings and much protection, and it has helped me in bringing up my children.

My son and daughter have attended the Christian Science Sunday School since they were two years old, and they both love it. The former seemed at one time to be a difficult child, but now he is thoughtful and affectionate, and has a good disposition. After a fall from the first floor to a marble floor below, he was instantaneously healed by the quick and effective work of a student of Christian Science. While bombs were falling near our house, the noise and confusion seemed to drive the words of the ninety-first Psalm from my memory. The boy, however, had no fear, and was able to tell me the first verse, and then all was well.

My little girl was healed of meningitis with the loss of only five days from school. Warts were overcome in a few weeks, and scarlet fever in three days without any appearance of the usual symptoms except a slight sore throat.
