It is now over thirty-two years since my testimony appeared in the Christian Science Sentinel, and thirty-nine years since my first healing. My heart overflows with gratitude to God for the countless blessings that have come to the world through the vision and love for mankind of our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

My first healing was of sick headaches, which had become a daily experience. Three hours after receiving Christian Science treatment I was free, and I had but a few attacks afterwards. For many years I have been entirely free from this trouble.

Four years prior to taking up the study of Christian Science I had several attacks of pleurisy, which left me with a pain in my side most of the time. The medicine I was taking did not give me any relief. It was not long, however, after my healing of headaches when I was again taken ill with pleurisy. I called on the same Christian Science practitioner, and in three days the pain in the side was gone and I was entirely well. The healing has been permanent. I have also been healed of rheumatism through the help of a Christian Science practitioner.
