Referring
to those who dwell in the city of God, in the consciousness of ever-present good, the prophet declares, "The inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.

message of Christ Jesus in his parable of the Pharisee and the publican who went up into the temple to pray applies to all ages with startling directness.

An invitation to address the Men's Fellowship connected with the Methodist Church at Aspley, Nottingham, was received and with the consent of the District Manager, acting on behalf of the Board of Directors of The Mother Church, an approved paper on Christian Science was read.
That God is Love and that Love heals are wonderful truths, of which I have had marvelous proof, and since I have an opportunity to tell about it in the Christian Science periodicals, I do so with great joy.
I trust my testimony may hearten another just as I have often been encouraged.
It is with great gratitude that I acknowledge the healing power of Christian Science.
I write this testimony with a deep sense of love, joy, and gratitude.
Christian Science was brought to me about twenty years ago, at a time when to mortal sense I was physically beyond help.
With sincere humility and deepest gratitude to God, I offer my testimony to the healing efficacy of Christian Science.
It is now over thirty-two years since my testimony appeared in the Christian Science Sentinel, and thirty-nine years since my first healing.
My parents were sturdy pioneers, who made daily use of the Bible, so I was as good a Christian as I knew how to be.
