Poem May 8, 1943 Issue

Protection

JANET BUDD

Clad in good thoughts, we know we are secure.
We need not fear that any shafts can pierce
Our armor, made of thoughts of gratitude,
And love for God and all His children dear.
Watching and working with our eyes on Him,
We are encircled with His angel host.
No error, howsoever vast it seems,
Moves him who stands robed in God's perfect love.
