I wish to express my love and gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me for over forty years. It has never failed me.

I came into Christian Science for the healing of nervous prostration, which was caused by sorrow over the loss of two loved ones. Constipation was healed in the first treatment. I was also healed of false pride within two weeks. I have been a business woman, and can truly say that during this time I was always in perfect health. Business problems were met through the help of a practitioner or through my own work.

I am grateful to God for growth in understanding and for the knowledge that man is made in God's image and likeness, perfect, spiritual, and not material. I am grateful, too, for the statement on pages 476 and 477 of Science and Health, where Mrs. Eddy writes: "Jesus beheld in Science the perfect man, who appeared to him where sinning mortal man appears to mortals. In this perfect man the Saviour saw God's own likeness, and this correct view of man healed the sick."
