True Identification

Organization , mobilization, regimentation, classification, identification, are words which envision to one's thoughts a vast army. We have learned to think in terms of millions. Each one in the service of mankind helps to make up this stupendous number. However, many feel the loss of their identity as they enter military service. Others may experience a keen pang of disappointment in what they consider wrong classification. Some may accept the condition, as inevitable, while others may think, justly or unjustly, that their potentialities are swallowed up in this mass regimentation.

"Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered." What greater assurance of one's individuality than this could be desired? "The very hairs of your head are all numbered," declared Jesus.

Mary Baker Eddy, our dear Leader, in her poem "Satisfied" (Poems, p. 79) writes:
