San Diego, California (Second Church).—Second Church of Christ, Scientist, San Diego, was filled three times on Sunday, July 5, 1942, at the dedication services held in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

The First Reader of the church read the following brief history:

"Second Church of Christ, Scientist, of San Diego, a branch of The Mother Church, was organized on December 31, 1913. In January, 1914, the first public service and Sunday school were conducted by the church in the auditorium of the Masonic Temple, Fifth Avenue and Ash Street.
