Your "Health Hints" column referred to Christian Science, linking this teaching with the methods and name of Monsieur Coué. In the interests of public enlightenment I should be grateful if you would publish this brief reply to the comment.

Many people, including many medical practitioners, understand that Christian Science is entirely unconnected with any form of teaching other than that of the Scriptures, and that it includes both the teaching and the practice of the master Christian, Christ Jesus.

His understanding of the basic unreality of matter and a clear perception of his spiritual selfhood, together with a consistent acknowledgment of the power of his Father, divine Love, enabled Jesus to demonstrate protection from persecutors, who would have stoned him.
