My testimony is sent in gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. I have so much to be grateful for that I hardly know where to begin. Christian Science came to me when I was needing it, and from the day it was presented to me, more than fifteen years ago, I have never let go of it.

Cigarette smoking has been completely overcome; lost articles have been restored; croup in its worst form was healed, when my fear for my son was destroyed. This healing was instantaneous and complete.

At a time when I was suffering mental anguish through an injustice, Christian Science sustained and uplifted me. The feeling of resentment often got the better of me, but I knew that if I wanted peace. I must have "a right spirit" renewed "within me"; and after honest endeavor and much prayerful study, this error has been overcome. "Every trial of our faith in God makes us stronger," states Mrs. Eddy on page 410 of her textbook, Science and Health, and this has indeed been the case with me.
