Lecturer: Miss Violet Ker Seymer; introduced by Mrs. Lois Bach Burg, who said:—

In Exodus are these words: "My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest." We learn in Christian Science that God is omnipresent Mind, the only presence. As we understand this we find rest from all that would separate us from health, harmony, and an abundance of good. Then we find true being. Mrs. Eddy writes in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (pp. 285, 286), "It is essential to understand, instead of believe, what relates most nearly to the happiness of being."
