It has been my cherished privilege to know about Christian Science and to be aware of its healing power as long as I can remember. When I was a small child the reading, by one of the family, of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, brought me peace and healing of every discordant condition; so-called children's diseases lasted only a short time or were prevented from developing.

At one time a neighborhood physician pronounced a collarbone broken and insisted on a trip to a hospital for surgical examination, but help was asked of a Christian Scientist, and when the child was examined at the hospital the surgeons could find no break.

Christian Science has supplied all my needs, as they have appeared. I have had one demonstration after another of God's ever-present abundance of light and intelligence. At a time when it was said that positions were scarce and the field for which preparation had been made was overcrowded, and when the outlook seemed very dark, the help of a practitioner lifted my thought out of dismay, and a desirable position was obtained.
