The Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society today announced the election, with the concurrence of The Christian Science Board of Directors, of Judge Herbert L. Standeven of Tulsa, Oklahoma, as a Trustee to fill the vacancy left by the passing of Fred M. Lamson. This election was held in accordance with Article XXV, Section 3, of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy.

Judge Standeven also has been appointed by The Christian Science Board of Directors a member of the Trustees for Gifts and Endowments.
