I am deeply and humbly grateful for Christian Science. This truth of Life means more and more to me with every moment. It is ever revealing to me correct interpretations of spiritual being.

Throughout my childhood days I was greatly strengthened by my mother's prayers, both before and after Christian Science came into the home. Her prayers of faith were beneficial to us all. Through the study of the Bible in conjunction with "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, she was enabled to heal instantaneously an infant child who had been given up by the doctors and was on the verge of passing on. She has since told us of the exalted feeling she experienced as she entered the house and took the baby in her arms. At the audible statements of spiritual truth she made, healing was instantly manifested.

Later, through the need of physical healing. I learned how essential it is to do my own seeking and studying. Then began earnest striving to know my oneness with God. Through the loving help of practitioners and thoughtfulness on the part of my daily companions, I experienced healing of a cough, which had been accompanied by hemorrhages. This was a forerunner of other glorious unfoldments and demonstrations. I reverently acknowledge the Christ, which protected me from excessive fear and too much concern for myself.
