Mr. Francis Lyster Jandron, C. S. B., of Detroit, Michigan, a member of the Board of Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society, has been appointed by The Christian Science Board of Directors as one of the Trustees for Gifts and Endowments, to succeed Mr. W. Stuart Booth, who became a member of The Christian Science Board of Directors on March 6, 1939. Christian Scientists know Mr. Jandron also as a former member of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship.

The Board of Trustees for Gifts and Endowments now consists of Mr. William D. Harvey, a retired business man of long experience; Mr. Fred M. Lamson, a Trustee of The Christian Science Publishing Society and until recently a Vice-President of The First National Bank of Boston; and Mr. Jandron.
