It is with a deep sense of gratitude that I join the army of those who daily testify that Christian Science has healed them and brought happiness and health into their lives.

Twenty-four years ago, when I was still a child, Christian Science was brought into our home through the loving guidance of a stepmother, and I started to attend a Christian Science Sunday School. At that time I did not fully realize the wonderful blessing that had been brought into my life. The power of God to heal, protect, and guide us, as taught in Christian Science, has proved to me that there is no going back to ways outgrown.

In the past two years I have been lifted from a state of complete helplessness, due to a belief of chronic arthritis, to a place where I can again be of service to mankind. During the time I have known of Christian Science I have been healed of jaundice, toothache, bronchitis, influenza, a skin disease of long standing, stomach trouble, colds, grippe, fevers, and the smoking and social drinking habits. During the period of so-called depression, supply was realized when to material sense there was no supply. Thought has been cleared of much wrong thinking; false pride, self-will, and self-depreciation have been largely overcome. During a period of bereavement following the loss of a loved one, I received strength to carry on.
